Returns & Exchange Policy

At Shades, every product is crafted to the highest standard using premium Remy hair. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene protocols, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted where the product remains completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Once packaging has been opened or altered in any way, the item is no longer eligible for exchange.

Any request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in perfect condition, exactly as dispatched.

To preserve the integrity, longevity, and performance of Shades Hair Extensions, only Shades Shampoo and Conditioner must be used. The use of any other haircare products, including Eleven or other third party brands, will void eligibility for exchange.

Shades cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare, incorrect fitting, or the use of non approved products.
